Bob Constan graduated from the University of Michigan and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He practiced law for 25 years, focusing on voter protection issues for the Michigan Democratic Party. Constan served on the Michigan State Bar and the Dearborn Area Bar Association, and held the position of Chairman of the Dearborn Heights City Council. He has also served on various legislative committees and was elected to the Michigan House of Representatives three times. After his term as a legislator, Constan returned to private practice in Dearborn Heights.
