Charlie Rose holds a Bachelor of Laws from Davidson College and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He began his career as a photographer for The News and Observer during his undergraduate years. Rose practiced law for several years before serving as a prosecutor in Fayetteville district courts. He later ventured into politics, challenging a Congressman in the Democratic primary.
