Howard Beaty graduated as Valedictorian from Sarepta High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University. With over three decades of experience in banking and economic development, Beaty has served as President of two Arkansas state-chartered banks. He has been recognized as one of Arkansas’ 250 Most Influential Leaders and participated in the Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Beaty is currently serving his third term in the Arkansas House of Representatives, where he holds the position of House Majority Leader and chairs the Arkansas Forestry Caucus.
