Personal Background
Zach Dembo has a diverse educational background, having attended Stanford University and the University of Michigan Law School. He began his career as an eighth-grade English teacher in the Mississippi Delta through Teach For America before serving as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy. Dembo later transitioned to the public sector, working as a federal prosecutor in the US Department of Justice Civil Rights Division and subsequently as a policy advisor and legislative director for a Kentucky governor. Currently, he is running for Congress to represent Central Kentucky.
